3. Payment Terms:
All projects require an initial deposit as specified in the proposal.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion, prior to website launch or delivery of final files.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities:
You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property:
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Our Work: Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and deliverables, excluding any third-party materials or software used under license.
Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions & Changes:
Revisions are limited to the number specified in your proposal. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Third-Party Services:
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, hosting, or plugins. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of these third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leon Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
